Saint John police are asking for help to locate a convicted armed robber wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Dylan McNamara is accused of breaching the conditions of his statutory release by failing to return to the community correctional centre in Saint John.
The 26-year-old man is serving a sentence of four years, three months and 10 days on a variety of convictions, including:
- armed robbery
- disguise with intent
- possessing property obtained by crime over $5,000
- possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose
- uttering a threat to cause death/harm
- assaulting a peace officer
- escape or being at large without excuse (x2)
- assault with a weapon
- theft under $5,000
- obstructing a public/peace officer
McNamara is described as six-foot-three, weighing 187 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a distinctive scar on his left cheek and neck.
