There is a second airline to choose from when flying through the Saint John Airport.
Ultra-low-cost carrier Flair Airlines returned on Tuesday with increased service.
It has added a third weekly rotation to Toronto Pearson Airport, up from two last year.
The airline will operate out of YSJ on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Lori Carle, spokesperson for the airport, said the seasonal service will continue until late October.
Carle said they are working with Flair’s schedulers and senior management to extend their season.
“We just remind the public, the more you use it, the better it will get,” Carle said in an email.
“That means, if people are regularly using any air service out of Saint John, it goes a long way to getting more service, routes, and airlines.”
Air Canada currently has two daily rotations to Toronto Pearson and one rotation to Montreal.
The airline will add a third daily flight between YSJ and Toronto starting this summer.
Sandy Ross, CEO of the airport, previously said they hope a second daily rotation to Montreal will return mid-summer.
