Chesley Drive in Saint John is back open to all traffic following a water main break.
It was closed between Douglas Avenue and Bentley Street for much of the day Wednesday.
By late afternoon, city crews had reopened one eastbound lane, but the westbound lanes remained closed.
The closure caused lengthy delays, especially during rush hour commutes.
