Saint John city crews were busy Monday night working to clear snow from the uptown area.
The city declared a back-to-back overnight parking ban in the south/central peninsula as they continue to clean up from recent storms.
City crews are also trying to make room in anticipation for more snow possible later in the week.
Nathalie Logan, a spokesperson for the city, said 511 truckloads of snow were removed from the south/central peninsula on Monday night.
Logan said a total of 57 tickets were issued during the ban, which ran from 11 p.m. Monday until 7 a.m. Tuesday, and 26 vehicles were towed.
