Provincial health officials have reported four more deaths related to COVID-19.
This includes a person in their 50s in the Saint John region, a person in their 60s in the Edmundston region and two people in the Bathurst region, one person in their 60s and another in their 70s.
There are 115 people in New Brunswick hospitals who have tested positive for COVID-19.
Of those currently hospitalized, 60 were admitted for reasons other than COVID-19, 92 are over 60, and four people are on a ventilator.
14 of the individuals in the hospital are in an intensive care unit. According to the province, 71 per cent of those in ICU are either unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, or it has been more than six months since their second dose.
Statistics on the New Brunswick COVID-19 dashboard indicate Public Health has confirmed 380 new cases of COVID-19 through PCR tests.
There are 130 new cases in the Moncton region, 46 in the Saint John region, 71 in the Fredericton region, 37 in the Edmundston region, 25 in the Campbellton region, 52 in the Bathurst region and 19 in the Miramichi region.
In addition, there are 615 rapid test positives that have been reported to the province.
A Government of New Brunswick news release states there are more than 20,000 COVID-19 vaccine appointments available for all eligible age groups this month.
As of Sunday, 91.1 per cent of eligible New Brunswickers have received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, 83.4 per cent have received two doses, and 30.9 per cent have received a booster.
