Saint John police released new details Monday about a weekend incident in the north end which led to seven arrests.
Police say officers executed a “high-risk entry warrant” at a home on Bryden Street at around 12:45 p.m. Sunday.
Several units were involved in the police operation, including the Emergency Tactical Services team.
Investigators said all seven people arrested have been released with court dates set for early 2022.
Police said they will face a variety of charges, including drugs and weapons offences, with more charges expected.
Several residents in the area were asked to shelter in place during the police operation.
