New Brunswick reported 35 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday according to the provincial dashboard.
There are 16 new cases in the Moncton zone, three in the Fredericton area and two in the Saint John region.
The Campbellton zone adds nine cases while the Edmundston and Miramichi health regions have two new cases.
A single new case was found in the Bathurst area.
There are now 244 active cases across the province.
Eleven people are in the hospital, including eight in intensive care.
77 per cent of eligible New Brunswickers are now fully vaccinated while 85.6 per cent have one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Public Health said 30 of Tuesday’s new cases or 86 per cent involve people who aren’t fully vaccinated which includes those with only one dose and those who haven’t had any.
24 cases are contacts of previously confirmed cases and the remaining 11 are under investigation.
