New Brunswick added 24 new cases of COVID-19 on Friday in six health zones.
The Moncton region had six new cases, the Fredericton zone added four and the Saint John area found two new cases.
The Edmundston area added six cases, the Campbellton zone has five new cases and a single new case was discovered in the Bathurst health zone.
Nine people recovered since Thursday.
There are 136 active cases in the province.
Public Health reported 92 per cent of the new cases involve people who are not fully vaccinated.
Six people are being hospitalized with COVID-19 including three in an intensive care unit.
76.6 per cent of eligible New Brunswickers are fully vaccinated while 85.4 per cent have had a first dose.
An outbreak has been declared at Harvest House, a shelter and community centre in Moncton.
After one case was confirmed, members of the Provincial Rapid Outbreak Management Team were deployed and testing began for residents and staff.
There are now six confirmed cases at the facility.
