Saint John Transit has a solution for anyone having a hard time getting to vaccination clinics on the east side this week.
Free bus fare is being offered to residents heading to and from vaccination clinics at Exhibition Park.
Clinics are being held from Wednesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday’s clinic with the AstraZeneca vaccine is only for people 55 and older.
Saint John Transit will offer free bus service on all regular routes to anyone travelling to and from the vaccination site during clinic hours.
Riders only need to tell the driver they are going to or leaving the clinic.
The nearest bus stop to the clinic is at the entrance to Exhibition Park on Route 31 Forest Glen.
Riders must wear a mask at all times when travelling on any Saint John Transit bus.
