A west Saint John resident is looking to bring his voice to Saint John’s Common Council table.
Sean Patrick Crowley one of seven people running for one of two council seats in Ward 1.
Crowley is an audio production professional at Acadia Broadcasting and the owner of a video production company.
“I am very excited to see the momentum Saint John has going right now and would like to take the torch
from those who have worked very hard on getting us here. I would like to see this incredible vision be
followed through,” Crowley said in a news release.
Crowley said his top priorities are the revitalization of Dominion Park and encouraging the promotion of west side business and retail development.
He said he will also focus on encouraging sustainable growth and the improvement of all municipal services; championing the city’s award-winning municipal plan, advocating for municipal tax reform; and exploring the opportunity to strengthen the noise bylaw and enforcement.
“My promise to every citizen is to review and research all items that pass through council and make fair and balanced decisions that are in the best interest of our great city,” said Crowley.
Voters will head to the polls on May 10.
