Kennebecasis regional police are investigating an incident at the Dolan Road Circle K on Saturday.
Officers responded to a call about a fight in progress involving a knife and one man was injured.
Police said it all came about because of a road rage incident on the highway.
Kennebecasis regional police said the injured person was “the aggressor” and was hurt with his own knife as the people he was confronting tried to disarm him.
His injuries are described as non-life threatening.
The man was charged with assault with a weapon and released with a future court date.
