The “Live for the Moment” campaign is the latest attempt to draw remote workers to New Brunswick.
Backed by business and economic development agencies within the province, Live for the Moment will highlight the attractive factors that New Brunswick boasts. This includes affordability, work/life balance, and a great geographic location.
Targeted ads, an interactive website and a 1-800 call line will be included in the campaign to help reach a larger audience.
The targeted demographic is individuals between the age of 25-35 years old who currently live in large urban cities. The pandemic has helped emphasize that many industries can allow their employees to work from home, and the campaign aims to benefit from that.
A similar platform was created in Nova Scotia to help draw workers to the province.
Live for the Moment will be piloted for eight weeks before it is evaluated and changed to address the feedback it receives
Susy Campos, the CEO of 3+ in Moncton, called the program “a great opportunity to showcase what New Brunswick has to offer.”
3+ Economic Development Corporation is part of the long list of stakeholders that includes the New Brunswick Business Council and the Atlantic Chamber of Commerce.
