The Dartmouth-based Steele Auto Group has purchased Saint John Nissan, Fundy Honda, and Brett Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC.
Kim Day, president and COO of the Steele Auto Group, says the company is pleased to grow its presence in Saint John. It currently operates TriStar Mercedes-Benz.
“The addition of these dealerships will help to solidify our presence in the New Brunswick market,” she said, in a news release. “We are thrilled to welcome the employees of these three dealerships to our current team of over 2,000.”
Steele will take over the three dealerships from Brett on March 1.

Steele currently owns 50 dealerships, three Powerhouse Equipment stores and nine collision centres.
