New Brunswick reported two new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Sunday in the Moncton health region (Zone 1).
Public Health said one person is in their 40s and the other is in their 60s. Both cases remain under investigation.
Six more people have recovered, bringing the number of known active cases down to 34.
Eleven of those cases are in the Moncton region (Zone 1), nine are in the Fredericton region (Zone 3) and six are in the Edmundston region (Zone 4).
The Saint John region (Zone 2) has three active cases, the Bathurst (Zone 6) and Miramichi (Zone 7) regions each have two, and the Campbellton region (Zone 5) has one.
Two people are currently in the hospital, including one person in intensive care.
