A global movement for giving and volunteering is marking its eighth year in Canada.
Giving Tuesday, which is held after Black Friday, is known as the “opening day of the giving season.”
It is a chance for charities, companies and individuals to join together and rally for favourite causes.
More than 7,000 charities and businesses took part last year and more than $21 million was raised in Canada.
According to Giving Tuesday’s website, more than 100 partners have signed up in New Brunswick this year.
It's time to spruce up your social channels and show your support!
