A Kedgwick man has been arrested after police seized multiple firearms, drugs and money following the search of a property in the community.
Last Friday, members of the Northeast District Crime Reduction Unit and the Saint-Quentin RCMP searched a home on Route 260.
During the search, police seized 31 firearms, including a prohibited firearm and a loaded firearm, and various types of ammunition.
They also confiscated quantities of what is believed to be cocaine and some cash.
A 50-year-old man was arrested at the scene without incident.
He was later released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Campbellton Provincial Court at a later date.
