Artists of all disciplines in New Brunswick are suffering financial losses during the pandemic.
The Department of Tourism, along with arts organizations, want to help address the situation.
Professional artists are being invited to turn provincial parks into their studio over the Labour Day weekend.
The program will take place at parks all over the province, including Hopewell Rocks, Mount Carleton and the Village Historique Acadien.
Artists will be on-site for four hours during the day for two to three days and receive $500 per day.
Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and must have lived in New Brunswick for at least a year.
Preference will be given to artists that identify as Black, Indigenous or a person of colour.
The application deadline is Aug. 25th. Click here for more information and how to get involved.
