A reminder about the fire ban across the province.
The hot weather means drier conditions and a higher risk of forest fires.
There have been more than 270 fires so far this season, well above the average of around 160.
A warning as well to ensure you discard of cigarettes properly.
They can quickly start a fire in a dry grassy area if tossed from a moving car or even if you are walking.
The New Brunswick Forest Fire Watch is updated everyday at 2 p.m.
