The Queen and Prince Philip are sending their condolences to all of those affected by the Nova Scotia shooting.
“Prince Philip and I have been deeply saddened by the appalling events in Nova Scotia,” said the couple in a statement Tuesday morning.
The pair also paid tribute to the police officers who “selflessly responded to these devastating attacks” and to those supporting individuals who have been injured and affected.
“My thoughts and prayers are with the people of Nova Scotia and all Canadians at this tragic time,” they said.
