Two Rothesay men in their 20s charged in the death of a man found unconscious in the uptown selecting to be tried by a judge and jury.
Garrett Edward Johnston and Gordon Mitchell McMillan are charged with manslaughter in the 59-year-old man’s death.
They were in court on Monday morning.
The man was found unconscious in the intersection of Waterloo and Union streets on the early morning of October 27th, 2019.
He later died of his injuries in hospital.
A preliminary hearing for Johnston and McMillan is scheduled to begin on October 19th.
