Mountain Warehouse Opens First N.B. Store In Saint John

Mountain Warehouse, a British outdoor clothing and equipment brand with stores in the U.K., Europe, the U.S. and Canada, has opened its location in Saint John.

The company opened its store at McAllister Mall on Friday, located next to Boathouse and Envy. It caters to a wide range of outdoor activities, including walking, running, cycling, camping and skiing, with a wide range of equipment and clothing for people of all ages.

Mark Neale, founder of Mountain Warehouse, says the company is thrilled to open its first New Brunswick store.

“We’re excited to share our passion for adventure and great value outdoor gear for all the family with the wonderful city of Saint John,” said Neale in a statement.

Mountain Warehouse is the largest outdoor retailer in the United Kingdom with more than 250 stores nationwide, and 350 stores around the world. The brand was first established in 1997 by Neale and now serves more than four million outdoor-loving customers a year. The brand has 38 stores in Canada to date, and a Canadian website.
