The New Brunswick Association of the Chiefs of Police has presented eight officers with leadership awards.
The recipients of the Excellence in Criminal Investigation are both with the Saint John Police Force. Constable Shawna Doiron and Constable Chris McCutcheon.
Excellence in Police Leadership and Or/Organizational Innovation recipients were Inspector Tony Hayes of Saint John Police, Inspector Mary Henderson with the Kennebacasis Regional Police.
Staff Sergeant Paul Battiste, Sergeant Eric MacLeod, both of Fredericton Police Force along with Chief Superintendent Ross White of RCMP ‘J’ Division and Sergeant Robert Bruce from the Miramichi Police.
The awards were presented in Quispamsis.
