A 43-year-old man facing attempted murder charges was briefly in court Tuesday morning.
Michael Price was charged after a man was beaten in the head near the corner of Canterbury Street and Princess Street on August 1st, 2019.
The matter was adjourned without election of plea. Instead, Price is requesting a bail hearing, which will take place Thursday, November 14th.
Price is charged with attempted murder, assault and breach of probation.
There will also be a new charge added on Thursday.
