Premier Blaine Higgs says he knows the management team is looking closely at their bottom line and expenses but, many are locked in which makes it difficult to change costs.

Higgs says while the board continues to look at ways to improve the operation, he says they are also consulting with other provinces and looking at different models.
Premier Blaine Higgs says if they are in the retail business they have to stay competitive.
“We are not unique in the country but, we are not going to keep losing money on this. We know the illegal maret is a factor in all of this and the illegal activity has been there for a long time. We have talked to the police on how we can deal with that,” Higgs said.
