More charges have been laid against a 26-year-old man from Woodstock First Nation, following a recent joint drug bust in the province.
Jesse Todd Logue was arrested and charged last week with two counts of drug possession for the purpose of trafficking.
He was one of eight people arrested in the bust, which was executed by police officers at residences in Moncton, Steeves Mountain and Douglas.
During the searches, police seized methamphetamine and cocaine, as well as several firearms and cash.
After appearing in court Tuesday, Logue is now facing five new firearms charges, including possession without a license and possession of a firearm with the serial number removed.
He remains in custody and will appear again in court later this month.
