A 43-year-old man facing attempted murder charges in an uptown assault making a brief court appearance in Saint John on Monday morning.
Michael Price was charged after a man was beaten in the head near the corner of Canterbury Street and Princess Street on August 1st, 2019.
Price is charged with attempted murder, assault and breach of probation.
While in court on Monday, Price stood in the docket wearing an orange jumpsuit and occasionally looked over at people sitting in the gallery.
The matter has been set over until September 3rd. 2019 at 9:30 a.m.
