A large portion of the province may be in for some really nasty weather on Friday afternoon.
Conditions are right for the development of severe thunderstorms that may produce strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.

Environment Canada issuing a severe thunderstorm watch for several areas including Fredericton, Oromocto, Grand Lake, Sussex, the Kennebecasis Valley, St. Stephen and northern Charlotte county, Moncton, Miramichi, Bathurst and Campbellton.
A cold front moving through the Maritimes brings the potential for severe thunderstorms with very strong wind gusts and hail being the biggest concerns.
