The Kennebecasis Regional Police Force arrested two males Tuesday for committing indecent acts.
They were called to Renforth Beach around 8:45 PM yesterday after getting reports from beach-goers of a man committing an indecent act near the wooded area of the beach.
The 65-year-old man was arrested and released on conditions to not contact any of the witnesses and to stay away from beaches, playgrounds and trails.
He will appear in court in November.
Also on Tuesday, KV Police arrested at 14-year-old male for committing an indecent act on the KV trail system in Quispamsis on August 3rd.
He was also released with conditions to not contact the witness, and to stay off the trail system and the local BMX park.
He will appear in Saint John Youth Justice Court in November.
