Three individuals from Laval, Quebec have been charged following a series fraudulent activity across the province.
The RCMP and Fredericton Police investigated at least 7 incidents in Moncton, Fredericton and Woodstock.
The incidents included lodging and jewelry purchases using fraudulent credit cards and fake identification.
Two men and a 17-year-old boy were arrested on July 26th in Moncton.
The teen appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on July 29 and was released on set to appear in court on September 10th.
The two men, 19-year-old Jamal Ibrahim and 18-year-old Haitam Samdi appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on July 30 and were remanded into custody and are to return to court on August 31st.
Police are continuing to investigate and ask anyone who may have had business interactions with the accused or who may have additional information on the incidents is asked to contact their local police.
