There is a major recall underway for Bison products across the country from Northfork Bison Distributions.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says there is the potential for two strains of E-coli contamination.
There are nine different products on the recall.
As of Wednesday, the CFIA noted there had been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of the products in Canada, while noting there have been reported illnesses in the United States linked to the products.
It also advises recalled products should be thrown out or returned to the store where they were purchased.
