West District RCMP releasing a new photo of Lorraine Williams, a St. Stephen woman missing since last Sunday night.
The photo was taken on July 7th around 10:30 a.m. from a surveillance camera on Budd Avenue near the walking trail in downtown St. Stephen.
Police says the last known sighting of Williams was around 8 p.m. on Sunday near the Civic Centre.
St. Stephen RCMP and more than 250 people have been searching the town and surrounding areas.
Ground search and rescue teams from across New Brunswick along with New Brunswick EMO, the town of St. Stephen and the St. Stephen Fire Department.
“Despite extensive and thorough efforts by everyone involved, we have unfortunately not located Lorraine Williams,” said Cpl. Scott MacKenzie of the St. Stephen RCMP.
“The co-ordinated search effort has been brought to a close, but we continue our investigation and continue to ask residents and business owners to check their properties, including any out-buildings, for any sign of her or that she may have been there.”

Lorraine Williams is described as being five feet six inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with short salt-and-pepper-coloured hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing dark shorts, a grey t-shirt and white sneakers.
She regularly walks in the town collecting bottles along the side of the road.
Williams also has a medical condition that may cause her to be disoriented.
