Environment Canada releasing a special weather statement warning of heavy rain starting on Thursday night in the south and moving north on Friday.
Predictions at this point have the rainfall amount ranging from 30 to 50 millimetres with the possibility of 50 to 80 millimetres over the southernmost areas of the province.
Northern areas of the province are looking at less rain.
In the Saint John area, the forecast is calling for 10 to 20 millimetres of rain on Thursday night.
