A family of four had to be helped by the Canadian Red Cross after being forced from their home by an early morning fire.
It happened at on Raymond Drive in Baxters Corner about 15km northeast of Saint John.
The fire spread from a garage into the home and the couple and their two children managed to grab some clothing and essentials from the home.
They have been given emergency lodging and food.
