Legalizing recreational marijuana in Canada has not been seamless but, the sky hasn’t fallen since October 17th.
Derek Riedle says there are issues with supply and as companies adjust to the new regulations.
“We all knew there were going to be issues going from zero to 60. They are having those issues here, in Ontario and in the province of Quebec. Those are growing pains and I think it’s all worth it.” Riedle said.
Riedle says October 17th didn’t change Canadians but it gave them the freedom to live how they want.
“Canadians are talking about this and they are sharing their stories, talking about it over tea with their friends and sharing on Facebook.”
