The jurors at the second degree murder trial of 37 year old Matthew Tucker are expected to begin their deliberations tomorrow.
Tucker is charged with second degree murder in the shooting death two years ago outside St. Stephen of his mother, 53 year old Dorothy Tucker.
Defence lawyer Peter Corey will not be calling any witnesses. Closing arguments from the prosecution and defense will be made to the jury tomorrow.
Mr. Justice William Grant will then deliver his instructions to the jury and he expects that will take a couple of hours. Jurors have been told by the judge to bring an overnight bag.
Mr. Justice William Grant expects to take two hours for his charge to the jury tomorrow.
