A decision on Dennis Oland’s appeal of his murder conviction is possible this morning.
A panel of three justices, including Chief Justice of New Brunswick Ernest Drapeau, heard the appeal which spanned three days.
Drapeau said that the panel would make every possible effort to have a decision by Monday at 11am, and if at all possible, supporting reasons.
