A change at the top will take place with the Kennebecasis Regional Police when Chief Stephen McIntyre retires November 5th.
Deputy Chief Steve Palmer will be taking over and Inspector Jeff Giggey will be the new Deputy Chief.
Palmer joined the RCMP in 1980 and has been with the Rothesay Regional and now Kennebecasis Regional Police for 33 years starting out as a constable in 1983 before being promoted to inspector in 1989 and deputy chief in 1998.
