The Los Angeles Dodgers scored 4 runs in the 7th inning for a 4-3 win over Washington to advance to the National League Championship against the Chicago Cubs. Clayton Kershaw got the save, pitching in relief with only 2 days rest. The Dodgers and Cubs play game one tomorrow night in Chicago.

In other play, it was Tampa Bay over Detroit 6-4…..The Rangers downed the Islanders 5-3….Florida got by New Jersey in overtime 2-1…..St. Louis edged Minnesota 3-2…..Winnipeg defeated Carolina in overtime 5-4 and Dallas doubled up on Anaheim 4-2.

Police and firefighters in the Kennebecasis Valley are taking to the soccer pitch tonight to raise money for mental health. Constable Krystal Daley says this isn’t just an ordinary soccer match…….They’re playing bubble soccer. The players will be in inflatable bubbles. Admission is 5 dollars a person or 15 dollars for a family of 4.
