It’s been one week since a bar arcade opened in uptown Saint John and the owner says it’s been a huge hit within the city.
Eighty Three Bar Arcade owner Mark Stevens says people flocked in the doors on opening night.
Stevens says if you buy a beverage you can play the arcade games as much as you want for free.
It doesn’t have to be an alcoholic beverage either.
There’s no cover charge and Stevens says he’s undecided on whether or not one will be implemented in the future.
Some of the “heavy hitter” arcade games at the bar include Street Fighter, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders and there’s even a tapper machine.
