Not much change is expected in New Brunswick gas prices at midnight.
Senior petroleum analyst Dan McTeague with Gasbuddy.com says any slight increase at the pumps will likely be absorbed by the Energy and Utilities Board.
“There is about a half cent increase coming but more often than not that number is averaged and doesn’t necessarily apply,” he notes.
McTeague adds diesel prices will likely fall by at least one cent this week due to low demand and an oversupply in the market.
