Many are picking their jaws up off the floor on news Crystal place is closing its doors.
Carol O’Reilly, CEO of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce says there is a certain melancholy that it won’t be around anymore.
She says its part of the community and many people in the region brought their kids there.
O’Reilly says Bass Pro Shops will be employing 220 people where Crystal Palace and the Ramada had about 150 full time and part time workers.
