It’s hard to miss if you spend any time in Millidgeville. Parkland Saint John is going up fast on Millidge Avenue.
Heather Hanson of Shannex tells CHSJ News you are seeing two buildings going up–a four story independent living building and a two-story story special care building.
She says they plan to have the most of the exterior work completed by the fall so they can work on the interiors during the winter months.
Hanson says the paving, gravelwork and landscaping will be completed this fall. She says the building will open next summer adding an open house for those looking for more info will also be held sometime this fall and a career fair will happen early next year.
