A 30 year old UNB Saint John student facing charges of assault causing bodily harm has returned to his home country, a court heard today.
Ali Amin Allabas is charged in a June 19th stabbing incident in the university library. The crown stated he has gone back to stay with his parents until September.
He has not yet entered a plea.
Anew court date was scheduled for September 25.
