A man charged in the stabbing death of 23 year old Spencer Eldridge last month will be back in court for a preliminary hearing July 29th through the 31st to determine if there’s enough evidence to warrant a trial.
Fred Cormier Junior is charged with second degree murder in the May incident near Lancaster and Tower Streets, in which several people were injured and charges laid on top of those related to Eldridge’s death.
In the meantime, Cormier will remain in jail.
