A new apartment building on 27 Cliff street is hoping to have the lights on and tenants in by the summer of 2017.
The building which used to be a school will also have a daycare built inside.
City council approving adding four more units to the building that is located roughly 50 metres away from the St. Josephs hospital.
Kevin McDonald is the chairman of the St. Vincent’s Apartments Board, he says the building location is ideal.
McDonald isn’t sure how much the monthly cost of the appartment will be at this time, but should have a better idea once the project is closer to completion.
