A total of four charges being handed out to a man accused of trashing the St. George RCMP Station.
27 year old Nolan Leblanc of Saint John facing the initial charge of break and enter, plus three more charges that all relate to mischief, for causing damage in excess of $5000 to both the St. George RCMP Station and to police cruisers, as well as damage to a 2008 Hyundai Tucson.
Leblanc has been sent for a 30-day assessment at the Restigouche Hospital.
He returns to court July 21st.
In the meantime, 34 year old Matthew Tucker present in St. Stephen Provincial Court for the second day of his preliminary hearing to see if there is enough evidence to warrant a trial.
Tucker is charged with second degree murder in the death of his mother, Dorothy Tucker, who’s unrecognizable body was found by two hunters in the woods of St. David Ridge last November.
Judge Henrick Tonning setting aside four days for the hearing, it should finish up on Friday.
