Now that the lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer are gone….it’s time for students to get back to a routine. Sleep specialist Dr. Rachel Morehouse tells CHSJ News, maintaining a schedule seven days a week will help keep the heavy eyes away.
Dr. Morehouse adds young children typically need the most sleep but a new study shows teenagers benefit from a good diet of between 8 and 9 hours sleep every night which they are not getting.
