The people at Brunswick Square who suffered irritated throats yesterday can blame bear spray for their discomfort.
City Police say a 17 year old youth is facing several charges which include administering a noxious substance and assault with a weapon.
The bear spray was used at two locations after some sort of altercation between three people.
Workers left the mall coughing and stores shut their doors until the mall was ventilated.
