A strange incident in the Uptown today and at the worst possible time.
Police responded to a call on the 6th level of the Chipman Hill parking garage just after 430pm.
Two men were arrested and police attempted to tow two vehicles but ran into a problem when the tow truck couldn’t clear the parking garage.
City police tell us this is an active investigation and more information will be released tomorrow.
The incident wrapped up in less than an hour.
The SJPD could not confirm whether or not a weapon was involved.
