A fire in a hay barn in Nauwigewauk on the Old Road prompting crews from Nauwigewauk, Kingston Peninsula, Upham, Bellisle, Hampton, KV and Long Reach to help battle the blaze.
Fire Chief Blair Wanamaker says the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
Wanamaker says the barn at the Green Acres Dairy Farm is a total loss, including 300 bales of hay and a tractor that was inside during the fire.
He says crews are still on the scene and have been there since around 10:30 am.
Wanamaker says everyone was home at the time of the fire, but there were no injuries.
